The Nurse Honor Guard is a non-profit organization made up of all volunteers. We offer 2 types of memberships and to join, you must be a nurse, active or retired, in good standing with the BON in the state of your licensure.

PARTICIPANT MEMBER:
The member who joins the NHG, pays membership dues, purchases the uniform, cape and cap, attends meetings quarterly, is willing, at times, to serve on necessary committees, has voting privileges, and is willing, at times, to attend special events. This member wishes to take part in the tribute services.
SUPPORTIVE MEMBER:
This member supports our group by paying membership dues but chooses not to take part in tribute services. The supportive member may purchase the cape and cap if desired. They are not required to, but may attend meetings and events. If they attend the majority of meetings, they may have voting privileges.

We will email you a copy of the by-laws, our code of conduct with a list of membership dues and other financial responsibilities such as the purchase of the cape and cap. We will include a membership form for application.
We will be delighted to have you!
